GreenWood Wildlife Rehabilitation Center

We enjoyed a morning of working with the Greenwood Wild Animal Rehabilitation Center. The rescue center shelters mostly raccoons, water fowl, squirrels and foxes.  We worked on creating a squirrel habitat, with careful placement of the branches and leaves for maximum squirrel enjoyment. The other project involved fixing the roof of a raccoon cage. Armed with a piece of tin, rusty nails and some caulk, Taylor and Kyle did a fine piece of patch work.

Of course, the raccoon neighbors were pretty interested in seeing the updates to the condo next door.
